Welding Head Module

The 3D 5-Axis welding head is a functional extension of the 3D 5-Axis fibre cutting head. Without replacing the laser and the guiding fibre, the follower module on the cutting head can be replaced with a welding module to complete the transition from 3D cutting to 3D welding, enabling laser welding of 3D parts for general functional needs such as stitching and stack welding. The materials rocessed include carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloys, titanium alloys, Sawyer alloys, etc.

Intelligent Laser Cutting Management System

Intelligent laser cutting management system is launched for laser cutting site management can achieve real-time monitoring of laser cutting machine status, cutting data statistical analysis, data storage, fault warranty, maintenance alarm management, historical data query analysis of a comprehensive laser cutting machine management system.
